You get 300 bags total. 100 Small, 100 Medium and 100 Large. One of each size so you can try them on real orders before deciding which size works best for your restaurant.

We process every Discovery Pack the same way we process all of our orders. The moment we receive your order we get it moving. You will have a tracking number within 1 to 2 business days. BetterBag is built on speed and efficiency because we know running out of bags is not something you can wait on. The last thing you need is a supplier that takes a week to ship. We don't do that.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The box must be unopened and in its original condition with no damage. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the return we will process your refund.
Keep in mind that our products are used in food service environments. Sanitation is one of our main priorities. Any return that arrives opened or damaged cannot be restocked and will need to be destroyed. We take this seriously to make sure every customer receives product that meets our standards.
